A: The minimum order requirement for wholesale purchases is $100, as set by Delighted Home.

Q: Does Delighted Home have a retail location in that we can buy from?
A: No, Delighted Home does not sell retail and we do not have a retail location. We are a niche wholesale distribution company based in PA.

Q: What is the candle made of?
A: The candles have a plastic base and are then individually hand-waxed. The candle wax we use is high quality, with a very high melting point suited for environments up to 100°F. This wax is extremely hard, resisting breakage and color fading.
- Q: Can the waxed candles be used outdoors?
A: The MC pillar candles are weatherproof. However, they are waxed with real candle wax, so the candle wax can fade or melt if outdoors. We do sell our candles in an unwaxed version for outdoor use. The MC votive and taper candles are not weatherproof and therefore will not withstand outdoor environments.

A: No, the bulbs are not replaceable. The candles have a high-quality LED bulb and will never need replacement. If you have problems with a bulb not functioning, please reach out to TimCaldwell@NorCalDelightedHome.com.
- Q: Do the bulbs on the candle get hot after being on for a period of time?
A: No, the bulbs do not get hot due to being an LED bulb.
- Q: Do all the MC candles have a built-in timer?
A: Yes, all MC battery candles have a built-in automatic six (6) hour timer.
- Q: How long is the battery life on the MC pillar candles?
A: The MC pillar candles run up to a 2-3 months on 2 replaceable "D" batteries, depending on usage and settings.

A: The MC votive and taper candles run up to 2-3 months on 3 replaceable "AA" batteries, depending on usage and settings.

Q: Why is the timer not functioning properly?A: The timer will not function properly when the batteries are low. After the batteries are low, the timer does not have enough power to function properly. Replacing the batteries will fix this problem. Q: Why is my taper timer not functioning properly?A: When you turn the taper lid to the on position, do not turn it tight. Turn the lid just until the candle is on and then stop. It will not function properly if it is turned too tight. Also, due to all candles being hand-waxed, sometimes a small piece of wax will keep the lid from connecting properly to the power source.
